Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain both new and existing code, using Angular 9+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, Bootstrap4
Translate UI/UX design into functioning front-end code using HTML, CSS and Angular
Be able to develop and integrate visualization/charting components built using D3.js
Experience with integrating with RESTful web-services and APIs
Experience with building web-services with .NET / Node.js is a plus
Able to write SQL queries

Competencies:

Pricing & Contracting (Pricing) – Employs specific tools (pricing and contracting, price optimization models, etc.) to generate and analyze pricing and reimbursement insight.
Good level of understanding in MS Excel, knowledge of Excel VBA programming will be a value addition.

The role

We are seeking mid-level Project Manager to join our fast-growing Digital Solutions team, to handle multiple internal and client projects. You will be working across our portfolio of digital tools;

• Global Market Access KPI tracker that enables monitoring and dashboarding of key reimbursement metrics at global, regional and country level

• A project management solution enabling teams to track real world evidence projects and timelines

• A data platform that enables users to analyse analogues and carry out competitive benchmarking out of the box

Responsibilities

Responsible for on-time, on-budget project delivery – in line with internal KPIs and targets
Work with stakeholders and external partners for accurate scoping of projects
Work with Business Analysts, UX Designers and Product Owners to create and maintain project documentation
Work closely with stakeholders and Program Manager to prioritize projects, schedule and orchestrate projects
Work closely with Program Manager to effectively plan and manage engineering resources
Proactively manage tasks and resources, in line with project scope and delivery schedule
Support the definition, implementation and governance of delivery processes
Implement innovative ways of working throughout the project lifecycle
Experience of Set-up, planning and scheduling projects within Jira or Azure DevOps

Competencies:

Overall 6-10 years of experience with Project Management experience of 3-5 years

Working knowledge of Agile processes and ceremonies – Agile experience is a plus

The role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team in the UK. At Access Infinity, we are proud to offer innovative products that meet the needs and wants of our customers. To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re in search of an experienced product manager to work with our multidisciplinary development team. As an ideal candidate, you will have experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry (preferably within market access/HEOR), and have experience of leading digital product development in a B2B context.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Establish strategies for product pricing and positioning
• Assist with product launches and marketing campaigns
• Support the sales process, e.g., with demos and roadmap visibility and be the product expert to answer all of client’s questions
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans
• Define the key features, specifications and requirements of the product based on customer preferences
• Work closely with the development team to create project timelines, implementation schedules and QC of the product and its releases
• Own release backlog and management (including functionality, UI/UX and operations)
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories that the development team can execute against
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

Competencies:

• Experience in market access roles (consulting or industry) ideal
• Experience with Market Access, Pricing and HEOR applications will be an added advantage
• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry
• Previous experience of software product ownership / management
• Demonstratable experience with digital platforms including a knowledge of the design and agile development processes
• Understanding of principles of database management, enterprise architecture, and systems analysis is preferred
• Good understanding of various pharmaceutical data types – HTA, Regulatory, Evidence, Pricing, etc.
• Understanding of business rules and system rules creation and execution, to deliver data-led projects
