Key learnings from “What’s the state of Market Access Performance tracking in 2023?”
With rising expectations, supply shortages and competitive pricing, the market access function is under more pressure than ever. Echoing the sentiments of management consultant Peter Drucker, we cannot improve something if we don’t measure it.
This is why it’s so important to have benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve performance long-term: overcoming the abovementioned challenges and securing broader access. At Access Infinity, we have seen first-hand the benefits of setting and tracking KPIs. The practice is essential for gaining faster market access and better prices.
Our market access performance talk will cover four key themes:
1. The role of Market Access Performance tracking
Discover why Market Access Performance tracking is so important for 2023 and beyond – from futureproofing your success to building institutional knowledge and predicting pitfalls.
2. Defining the most impactful KPIs for your launch
Learn not just why to track but what to track, helping to set your own KPIs and present them to wider commercial teams.
3. Accessing and measuring global Market Access Performance across a launch
Get ready to launch new products with a clearer understanding of how your performance fares globally in terms of access and price.
4. Why you should become a Market Access Performance champion in 2023
Find the value in tracking market access performance and stay competitive with industry-leading insights from our data products.
The dos and don’ts of analogue analysis
Our presentation on day 2 will focus on the needs of early market access teams, taking a deeper dive into how to produce more accurate analysis and evidence to support a product’s launch strategy, at pace.
We’ll explore best practices in analysing analogues as well as uncover some of the common mistakes we see in industry, providing our advice for how to avoid them.
